Founded in 2003 by a group of Mechanical Engineers, the evolution of Pollution Abatement Systems Specialists Incorporated (PASSI), has made an inscription in the health care waste management industry being the pioneer in using autoclave technology in Cebu and the rest of the region. It has branches in Palawan and Iloilo. In terms of service, capacity, and quality, PASSI is dedicated and committed to delivering the best they could offer.

PASSI is one of the most dynamic health care facilities in Cebu today. It is an ISO 9001:2015 accredited and duly recognized and approved by the DENR to collect, treat, and dispose health care and septage waste from waste generators.
